In recent weeks, rumor mills were buzzing overtime with the news that the stork has visited Rani Mukerji, who married filmmaker Aditya Chopra on April 21, 2014, in a private ceremony in Italy. Rani, who has always been guarded about his personal life, refused to comment on the pregnancy.
RANI MUKHERJI TURNS MOM THIS JANUARY
According to Mumbai Mirror the actress is in her second trimester and the baby is due in January. Rani’s sister-in-law, Jyoti Mukerji, a popular TV actress accidentally confirmed the news saying, “Yes, Rani is pregnant.”
A source close to the actress revealed that she is currently touring with Aditya and out of the country. The couple moved to London in late July and Rani was discovered by a fan at a spa getting a prenatal massage. “They returned to India last week after traveling in the UK for over a month, but have taken again, no one knows where he is,” the source added.
Since, UK appears to be a frequent getaway, the baby will be born in the Queen City? “No, the delivery will take place in Mumbai,” said the source.
Rani, whose repertoire boasts frequent collaborations with Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and director Karan Johar, was last seen as the tough cop in 2014’s film Pradeep Sarkar, Mardaani.
